POLICE have found 37 bags filled with the remains of dead dogs in the house of a woman who claimed to be a rescuer.

Tennessee woman Nicole Hulbig (29) was also found with 39 live dogs at her home.

She is now facing animal cruelty charges due to the living conditions of the dogs – however she will not face any charges in relation to the dead ones.

Authorities said the dead dogs’ remains were too badly decomposed to determine how they died.

So bad was the decomposition that the authorities could not even determine how many animals were in each bag.

Hulbig claims she is the founder of ‘RRR Service Dogs’, which aims to rescue dogs from kill shelters.

Montgomery County Animal Control charged Hulbig with four counts of aggravated cruelty to animals and Sumner County charged her with eight counts of animal cruelty.
