Expletive-filled customer-care rant goes viral online

A recording of a call to customer care has gone viral on YouTube with over half a million views in less than four days.

The situation appears to blow up when an already-irritated customer is asked to provide his phone number.

The customer, who claims he has been on the phone for three hours, gets infuriated as he questions "why" he has to give his number "again", as "the last two guys who took my number just put me on hold and never came back!"

The customer threatens to "come down there with a shotgun", clarifying "I don't have one, but I'll get one"

When asked if he wants to be transferred to an agent who can help him, the customer screams 'No, no NO!"
