A Facebook page called "Dublin GAA" with over 5,000 likes has lamented "culchie friends" getting tickets to the All-Ireland final on the social networking site.

Tensions appear to be running high in advance of Sunday's All-Ireland senior football final between Mayo and Dublin.

The page describes the run-up to the final as "the most depressing stage of life", continuing "I can't seem to get a ticket anywhere and I'm seeing my culchie friends getting them".

The page continues "how do they even get a ticket for them?"

Some users agree with the page, commenting " You see the likes of people that never went to a match, getting corporate tickets and selling them on ebay for €7100. Disgusting".

Other users have stood against the page, commenting "God luv ya! (sic) My 3 yr olds having heart surgery on Monday. Love the positivity of this site normally but get real."

The Facebook page is not sanctioned by Dublin GAA.
