Dublin Fringe Festival is gearing up to take over the capital this September with no fewer than 554 performances and 55 world premières to entice arts lovers.

In a packed schedule, the 16-day festival will feature theatre, dance, comedy and film as well as club nights and gigs to showcase 'Dublin after dark'.

Among the comedy highlights are Deirdre O'Kane's 'A Line of O'Kane' and Abie Philban Bowan's 'Don't Kiss Me. I'm Irish. We're Probably Related'. For theatre buffs, Sarah Gordon and Alice Malseed return to Fringe with their new play 'Billy'.

The festival runs from September 8-23 and full details can be found at fringefest.com.
