WATCH: Kildare teen (14) blows judges away on The Voice Kids UK
A 14 year old schoolgirl from Kildare blew the three coaches away with her performance on The Voice Kids UK on Saturday night.
Marby Arriolla gave a rousing rendition of Stooshe's Slip and all three coaches - Pixie Lott, McFly's Danny Jones and will.i.am all turned simultaneously to try to bag her for their team.
A thrilled Marby chose producer will.i.am and she now progresses to the daunting battle round of the ITV show which will see her sing a duet with a rival to keep her place on her team.
“When it came to the performance I was really nervous because I thought I was going to get out of tune. But I rehearsed for my mam backstage just before I went on and she gave me some tips on how to stay calm," she told the Sunday Mirror.
Marby had an entourage in tow for her trip to London for the audition. Her mum Maria, sister Angelica and brothe Arthur were all on hand to offer support.
She's not the first talent from Ireland to impress on the series. Devon Browne (12) from Dublin, Adam Moloney, and Nathan Johnson from Co Down have also made it through.
