WATCH: James Corden and Gwyneth Paltrow struggle to keep up in a dance class taught by toddlers
James Corden and Gwyneth Paltrow joined a dance class taught by toddlers as part of a hilarious sketch on Tuesday night's Late Late Show.
The Oscar-winning actress and the British TV host had their work cut out for them as they struggled to match the pace of the intense, fast-moving 'toddleography' class.
Their instructors, who displayed a flair for improvisation, worked the duo through a series of moves as they danced along to the 1983 classic hit Flashdance... What A Feeling.
Paltrow (43) and Corden (37) looked like the were having a ball as the glided across the room, spinning into walls and gracefully throwing shapes across the floor.
They even managed to pull off some decent steps as they copied the free-form style of their young teachers.
However, it all proved to be a bit too much for them and by the end of the class the adult dance students were seen sitting on the floor, out of breath, while their instructors helped them refresh with a carton of apple juice.
This isn't the first time Corden has taken a dance lesson from toddlers.
In February he joined trained dancer star of Step Up, Jenna Dewan Tatum (wife of Channing), and the results were equally as hilarious.
