Holly Willoughby could not contain herself when she accidentally uttered a naughty innuendo during the cookery segment on This Morning on Monday.

The blonde presenter was in the studio kitchen with co-host Philip Schofield and chef Gino D'Acampo who was cooking mussels with wine and tomatoes.

However, Holly was reluctant to try the finished dish but did so after encouragement from Gino.

Once she had taken a mouthful, she declared, "Once it's in, I love it", which prompted giggles from the trio and particularly Holly who had to cover her face with a tea towel to hide her embarrassment.

It's not the first time the 34-year-old has caused herself and her co-presenter to dissolve into fits of laughter on air.

She previously said, "I don't think I realised that turkeys had testicles, or where they put them at Christmas."  She also once said she wasn't a fan of fish pie and preferred "fish in a finger".

Philip is not immune either.  Earlier this year he fella apart when novelist Lynda LaPlante said 'blow job' instead of 'blow dry' live on air.
