Vogue Williams is put through the wringer in 'Bear Grylls: Mission to Survive'
We're used to seeing model Vogue Williams glammed-up and smiling for the camera, not covered in mud and grimacing.
However, the 28-year-old star is put through the wringer in Bear Grylls: Mission to Survive, which kicks off on TV3 tomorrow (Friday) night.
Speaking to the TV Times recently, Bear said, "On day one a few of the girls turned up with their vanity cases and one of the crew tapped me on the shoulder and said, 'They're dead!' And I told him to hold his judgment because I've learnt not to judge a book by its cover."
Vogue is joined in the six-part series, which sees them battling for survival on a 12-day mission in the Central American rainforests, by fellow females Emilia Fox, Jamelia, Dame Kelly Holmes, and guys Tom Rosenthal, Mike Tindall, and Max George.
Grylls also revealed that the celebs "were warned really clearly and strongly at the start that this is NOT I'm A Celebrity.
"We said, 'You're not going to be sat in a jungle camp with a lot of cameras around, this is going to be a genuine expedition and it's going to be life-changing and there will be pain'."
‘Bear Grylls: Mission Survive’ starts this Friday (20th February) at 9pm on TV3.
