The actress who plays Septa Unella on Game of Thrones looks nothing like her on-screen character.
Septa Unella, the devout follower of the High Sparrow and Faith of the Seven, could compete with the Night King for title of 'most intimidating' character on Game of Thrones.
She's been a recurring character in seasons five and six and can turn her enemies cold with her withering stare and cold demeanour.
We know that most of the Game of Thrones cast looking nothing like their on-screen characters but somehow we imagined that Septa Unella would be just as dour in real life.
But we were wrong.

When she's not following Cersei around, forcing peasants to atone their sins or staring Margery down, the actress who plays Septa Unella is a glamorous, blonde bombshell.
The 41-year-old English actress has stared in a number of TV shows, including Footballers' Wives, Hollyoaks: Let Loose, Doctors and Benidorm, as well as appearing on the silver screen in Les Miserables and How to Lose Friends and Alienate People.
She also won the 'Theatergoers Choice Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical' for her performance in the Wicked Witch of the West in the West End production of The Wizard of Oz in 2012.
