When groom Robert was given just three weeks to plan his wedding, he quickly built his vision.
The sports student, who dreams of becoming a professional footballer, set his eyes on a royal African themed ceremony and recreating a Ghanian jugle.
His fiancé Adrianna, who works in retail and doesn't like crowds but loves fashion, knew her husband-to-be's sense of style was a little unorthodox, but she didn't know just how far he would take it for their wedding.
She thought she'd have 30 people at the wedding - he invited 200.
Adrianna's dream of a traditional wedding dress was soon quashed when Robert chose a metallic yellow gown for her.
“Style is very important to me. I love my fashion... His fashion sense does scare me so you never know what will happen on the day. It might be something that he likes and I don’t,” she said.
“Robert’s style is a bit different to other people.”
But Robert said: "I want to try new things.”
When Adrianna saw her wedding dress, she had her bridesmaid come to the rescue. Her dutiful friend rang Robert to say Adrianna had a problem with the dress.
"Man up," he appeared to say.
Even Robert's best man was bewildered. “I never knew you were this crazy,” he said.
