Strictly Come Dancing 2014 line-up: Meet the celebrity contestants in their glitzy costumes
The 15 celebrities taking part in the new series have been announced.
Frankie Bridge, Judy Murray, Pixie Lott, Scott Mills and Gregg Wallace are among the celebrities to be hitting the Strictly Come Dancing ballroom when the popular series returns next Sunday.
The full line-up of 15 celebrities has been officially announced, while judges Len Goodman, Darcey Bussell, Craig Revel Horwood and Bruno Tonioli are confirmed to take their seats on the panel once again.
Three new professional dancers are set join the show alongside regulars including Brendan Cole, Anton du Beke, Ola Jordan and Kristina Rihanoff. They are Kevin Clifton’s sister Joanne Clifton, Tristan MacManus and Trent Whiddon.
Tess Daley and Claudia Winkleman will co-host after long-time presenter Sir Bruce Forsyth stepped down at the end of the last run.
The first episode will see the famous faces paired off with their dancing tutors, before embarking on three weeks of training.
Then, the live shows begin, with the couple receiving the lowest combined scores from the judges and the public vote facing the dreaded results show dance-off and potential elimination.
To give them all a fighting chance, no celebrity will leave until they have danced in two live shows.
Halfway through the series, the dancers will be taken to the iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom to film an episode, which always proves a highlight.
