Speidi given power to 'influence story lines' on Celebrity Big Brother
Spencer and Heidi Pratt were among the Celebrity Big Brother All Stars given the power to "influence story lines" as the new series premiered on Tuesday night.
The Hills pair, who came second on the 2013 series of Celebrity Big Brother to Rylan Clark, were among the famous faces returning for the All Stars vs. New Stars season of the programme.
After making their way into the house, Spencer and Heidi, nicknamed Speidi, were joined by James Jordan and Jasmine Waltz in a secret "production office" inside the residence, where Big Brother told them they would have the power to "influence story lines" to make the show the most entertaining for viewers.
To do so, they were tasked with "editing out" the housemates who they believe would create the least "drama and entertainment".
After being joined by Loose Women's Coleen Nolan, model Nicola McLean, Calum Best and former runner-up Austin Armacost, the group sat at desks as they watched the next lot of celebrities make their way into the house, starting with Kim Kardashian's sex tape partner Ray J. Bianca Gascoigne was in next, followed by Game of Thrones star James Cosmo and former The X Factor U.S. star Stacy Francis - who also happens to be Ray J's ex-girlfriend.
After DJ Brandon Block and ex-footballer Jamie O'Hara and Calum's mother Angie Best made their entrances, the All Stars were given just twenty seconds to decide which housemate they wanted to edit out.
They opted for Stacy, who was told she would have to wear a beige tracksuit with "edited out" written on the front, wouldn't receive any of her possessions and would be excluded from every key moment in the house.
Clearly struggling with the news, Stacy looked close to tears as she was sent to the garden and missed out on the first night party.
Despite Katie Price being rumoured to be among the line-up for the new series, she didn't make an appearance in the house, although she did appear on spin-off Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side to discuss the new arrivals.
