Avoiding spoilers for your favourite TV shows and movies is nigh on impossible these days unless you spend your life living under a rock.

And who does that?

From newspaper headlines to online articles to social media to simple conversations with friends, pivotal moments from shows are often accidentally (or intentionally, the scoundrels) revealed.

There you are on your lunch break looking forward to the next instalment of Game of Thrones or finally sitting down to Star Wars: The Force Awakens and suddenly you overhear someone who has already binged on it revealing who dies, and how, and now it's ruined and there's no going back.

Apologies for the mild spoiler that people die in the aforementioned series and film...

Not to worry, however, as from today it is possibly to hypnotise those spoilers away.

Samsung Nordic has just launched a 'digital hypnosis service' which aims to help you forget whole series, or the parts of series, you choose.

Unspoil Me is a digital experience program created by the Swedish hypnotist Fredrik Praesto.  It's about 20 minutes long and custom made to help you forget spoilers or movies or series using self-hypnosis.

So if you want to forget hearing about who dies in The Force Awakens, or would like to experience the entire Frasier collection as though it's the very first time, simply log on here and Unspoil yourself:  http://www.samsung.com/se/unspoilme/eng/
