Prepare yourselves... there'll be karaoke on The Late Late Show tonight
There's nothing like witnessing someone flop at karaoke to make you want to slide to the floor and disappear into a black hole of mortification.
Get ready to feel that way tonight as The Late Late Show prepares to crown its very own Karaoke King or Queen.
DJ Electric Eddie will be in the studio as he launches a national search for Ireland's best karaoke singer. A few brave souls will be plucked from the audience to show off their pipes and compete for the honour to sing for Ireland at the Karaoke World Championships.
The standard could be great... or it could be very, very bad. Either way, there should be a few giggles and, possibly, a new viral hero by the morning.
Also in the studio is Liveline broadcaster Joe Duffy as he revisits some of the standout stories of the past few years.
Designer Paul Costello will join Ryan Tubridy to talk about his rise from door-to-door salesman to one of Ireland's most famous fashion designers. He'll also chat about what it was like crafting some of the world's most famous dresses as personal designer for Princess Diana.
Eight weeks ago, four people took on the annual Late Late Show Antiques challenge. On Friday, they'll present their findings to the audience and viewers will find out how successful they've been in turning their rubbish into gold.
Artist Rasher will also be in the studio to discuss his latest exhibition.
As Guns N' Roses prepare to headline Slane Castle, Tubridy will be looking back at the gigs that defined a generation with the Lord Henry Mountcharles.
