Paddy McGuinness pays tribute to Take Me Out contestant who died since featuring in latest episode
Take Me Out presenter Paddy McGuinness dedicated the most recent episode of the show to a contestant who died between recording and broadcast.
Charlie Watkins (22) from York appeared on the most recent episode and McGuinness, who usually live tweets alongside the show, paid tribute to him.
"Tonight’s Take Me Out is in memory of Charlie. A fantastic lad who I’m sure will be greatly missed by his wonderful friends and family. RIP." he wrote.
Charlie, who called himself Chaz Man, appeared on the show in a pink shirt and managed to secure a date to the Isle of Fernandos with Jo-Tara.
His twin brother Harry appeared briefly to reveal his nickname.
Friends of the young man, and fans of the show, tweeted their condolences following the episode.

"This is heartbreaking," wrote one, while another tweeted, "RIP Charlie, when I met you on the show, you was such a laugh to be around. Thoughts are with his family and friends."
A Thames spokesperson told the Daily Mail, "It is with great sadness that we have learnt of the tragic news regarding Charlie.
"Our thoughts and best wishes go to his family and friends. We ask that you respect the family's privacy at this time."
Charlie passed away on March 13 and mourners at his funeral on March 24 were asked to make donations, if desired, to mental health charity MIND.
