Location scout for Netflix series 'Narcos' shot dead in Mexico

The location scout for Netflix's hugely popular series Narcos has been found shot dead in his car.
Mexican Carlos Munoz Portal was found with multiple bullet wounds in his car in the remote area of Temascalapa in central Mexico on Monday.
He had been scouting locations for the upcoming fourth series.
As well as working on the drug cartel series Narcos, Mr Portal (37) had also worked on movies including Fast & Furious, Sicario, and Spectre.
In a statement Netflix said, "We are aware of the passing of Carlos Munoz Portal, a well-respected location scout, and send our condolences to his family."
They added, "The facts surrounding his death are still unknown as authorities continue to investigate."
Murders in Mexico hit a record in May with 2,186 homicides.
