'I've heard them all' - Niall Horan forgives Kelly Rowland for getting his name wrong at the AMAs
Kelly Rowland had a bit of a Dennis Quaid/Saoirse Ronan moment when it came to pronouncing an Irish name at the AMAs on Sunday night.
The former Destiny's Child star was introducing Niall Horan, who had won the Best New Artist Award, and was set to perform his single Slow Hands when she made the booboo.
“And here he is with his hit song ‘Slow Hands’, it’s Neil Horan!” she said.

Perhaps it was the pressure of reading the autocue in front of an audience of millions on the night, or perhaps she had never heard of former One Directioner or had simply never seen 'Niall' written down.
Whatever the reason, she was apologetic when her mistake was brought to her attention.
And Niall saw the funny side.
Hahahahah I love ya kelly , don’t you worry . I’ve heard them all .— Niall Horan (@NiallOfficial) November 20, 2017
The moment was reminiscent of Alec Baldwin's struggle with Saoirse Ronan's name at the Golden Globe nominations in 2015.
Quaid (61) was naming the nominees in the Best Actress - Drama category when he hit the Saoirse wall and ended up announcing 'Sheesha' Ronan, whoever she is, as one of the nominees.
In fairness, it wasn't quite as bad as John Travolta introducing Idina Menzel and Adele Nazeem during the 86th annual Academy Awards last year.
