Angela Scanlon's four part Full Frontal series kicks off tonight with a look at some of the ways Irish people like to get naked.

She talks to Rosanna Davidson about icing her nipples erect for her Playboy shoot, and she meets artist Spencer Tunick who got more than 2,500 people to get naked on an Irish beach in the name of art, before disrobing herself.

Unsurprisingly, naturists feature.  She meets them in Drumshambo, host of World Naturist Congress this September.  And she meets normal women who bare all in a bid to make peace with their bodies.

As the series progresses she asks if fit really is the new skinny, whether a designer vagina is ever really necessary and whether we should just hook up without the chat up?

Full Frontal airs on RTE 2, Thurs 16 Oct, 9.30pm
