‘Late Lunch Live’ with Lucy Kennedy and Martin King is moving to a later slot.
After eighteen months on air, ‘Late Lunch Live’ is moving to a brand new 7pm slot on TV3.
The show will now be called ‘The 7 O’ Clock Show’ and will be hosted by Martin King and Lucy Kennedy.
Having successfully thrown out the rulebook for daytime TV and built an army of fiercely loyal fans – Martin and Lucy are heading to peak time to bring their much loved brand of chat to an even bigger audience.
As before, the show will be broadcast live, with a new mix of new features and old favourites from ‘Late Lunch Live’ as well as an array of well-known guests and lots of audience interaction.
The move will be child’s play for Martin King, who said: “For ‘Late Lunch Live’ we were in the kids paddling pool with all our guests, but ‘The 7 O’ Clock Show’ means we’ll be on the diving board about to jump into the grown-ups pool, and I can’t wait!”
Mum-of-two Lucy is also looking forward to the change.
The Dubliner said, “Ever since we found out we’re packing our bags and heading to 7 o’clock I’ve been bursting to tell everyone. We’ve a loyal audience but this new slot at 7pm will allow us to bring the madness to a much wider audience. It’s so exciting!”
TV3’s ‘The 7 O' Clock Show’ will begin airing on weeknights at 7pm from Monday 16th February.
