Farrah Abraham and Janice Dickinson cautioned by police for common assault over CBB row
The fallout from the Celebrity Big Brother Bit on the Side row last week continues as Janice Dickinson and Farrah Abraham have both been cautioned by police.
Farrah (24) and Janice (60) were both cautioned for common assault after the row which erupted during a panel discussion on the CBB spin-off show.
Now Farrah Abraham has stated that she intends to sue Janice due to "injuries" she claims she received during the fracas, which took place off air as Channel 5 cut the feed to viewers.
Teen Mom star Farrah also reportedly plans to sue Aisleyne Horgan Wallace, a former BB contestant who she argued with on the panel and who she claims assaulted her twice during the fracas.
During the fight another panelist, actress Vicki Michelle, sustained an injury to her head which necessitated a trip to hospital.
She is now also pressing charges.
However, Farrah has admitted she threw her empty champagne glass in Aisleyne's direction in an attempt to make her "back off" and it accidentally struck Vicki Michelle.
Police issued a statement to MailOnline stating that two women received a police caution.
"Officers from Hertfordshire Constabulary interviewed four people on September 25 in connection to allegations of assault at Elstree Studios on the evening of September 22.
"As a result of investigations, two women, aged 24 and 60, have received a police caution for common assault.
"Enquiries in connection with another assault allegation continue, therefore it would be inappropriate to comment further at this time."
