Dancer Ola Jordan to quit Strictly Come Dancing after 9 years and husband's exit
Dancer Ola Jordan has reportedly said she will not return for the next series of Strictly Come Dancing.
Jordan has been a regular on the show since 2006 making her the longest-serving dancer on the hit BBC show.
However, her husband and fellow professional dancer James Jordan left the show earlier this year and The Sun reports that Ola told a friend, "It's time to leave. I quit".
Ola (33) is reportedly unhappy with how her husband exited the show and relations have reportedly become increasingly strained between Ola and producers.
She was also repoertedly unhappy with judge Craig Revel Horwood's comments about her 'too racy' calendar shoot.
The Polish-born dancer was eliminated from this series in week one with partner Olympic sprinter Iwan Thomas, although she had won in 2009 with Chris Hollins.
Jordan will not feature in tonight's opening dance.
Strictly Come Dancing BBC One, 6.50pm.
