Given this week's shocking court case involving young children being targeted on social media, a panel discussion on smart phone safety will take place on the show.

Child psychologist David Coleman, CyberSafeIreland’s Cliona Curley, and Irish Daily Mail editor  Sebastian Hamilton will discuss the dangers facing children using social media apps, what parents need to do to protect their kids and how society should be tackling the issue.

New Irish inventions and products hitting the market this year will also be showcased and music will come courtesy of Martha Wainwright and JP & The Seeger Session Band who will play TradFest.

The Late Late Show, RTÉ One, Friday, January 26th at 9.35pm
