Shamed Tila Tequila begs for a second chance to 'redeem' herself on Celebrity Big Brother
Reality star and glamour model Tila Tequila has begged producers to allow her re-enter the Celebrity Big Brother house, after she was kicked out for pro-Nazi remarks.
The shamed star was removed from the house after posting "totally unacceptable" views on social media, Channel 5 said on Friday.
The broadcaster said it had been unaware of the "views and attitudes Tila had expressed" before she entered the house on Thursday and her continued involvement in the show was "untenable".
More than 500 people signed a petition calling for the US TV personality to be evicted after she allegedly posted a series of anti-Semitic remarks online.
The 33-year-old Playboy model has now spoken out in to explain her views and previous remarks such as comparing Adolf Hitler to a 'special and sweet kid'.
Tila has stated that she was high on drugs and severely depressed when she made the comments on social media in 2013.
"I was doing a lot of drugs and suffering from severe depression. I wasn’t well in the head," she told The Sun.
"I am healed now and I want to redeem my past. I want to win Celebrity Big Brother."
"I am 100 percent not a Nazi," she insisted.
