Donncha O’Callaghan has noticed a change in the calibre of families signing up for Ireland’s Fittest Family in the past five years.

Now, they walk in the door and tell you the times they [can hold] a wall squat or how many times they run through a bog at the weekend as a family activity,” O’Callaghan says. “You are like, f**king hell.”
