Her prowess on the 'Dancing with the Stars' floor has wowed judges and the public alike, and actress Aoibhín Garrihy has admitted she certainly doesn't want to leave the show before the final.
The former 'Fair City' star has consistently hovered around the top half of the leaderboard with dance partner Vitali Kozmin (right) and Garrihy wants to stay until the end.
"The closer you get to the final, the more you want it," she told the Irish Independent.
In fact, Garrihy is so taken with her new found love of dance, she's hoping husband John Burke will join her and start taking lessons. She's going to have to wait, however, as Mr Burke is currently training ahead of a trip to climb Mount Everest at the beginning of April.
"I would love to get my husband dancing, I really would," she said.
"At the moment, he's really focussed on Everest, so when I suggest a dance class, he says 'I don't think that will fit in with the 10 times I have to climb Carrauntoohil'."
"I can't believe I've just started dancing because I love it. I hope to keep it on, but how do you go from a show like this to learning in the community hall?" she joked. "It will be a bit of a comedown."
This Sunday for Icons Week, Garrihy has selected a song by her favourite artist, Beyoncé. And she's well aware that attempting to pull off the moves is going to be no mean feat.
"I'm dancing to 'Crazy in Love' this week and I'm a massive fan," Garrihy said.
"Myself and my sisters have been to every single gig of hers. We are incorporating salsa steps into the dance and there are some hair flicks, booty shakes and iconic moves."
Each week, Garrihy and Kozmin have attempted to incorporate new challenges into their routines, and Sunday will be no different.
"I've put a lot of time and energy into working on it," she said. "Vitali is a taskmaster and I'm similar. From day one, it has been blood, sweat, and tears. Sunday's dance has a really high lift and it has gone wrong on a number of occasions. It's petrifying. Hopefully it will work."
