For those who can't get enough of festive tunes, Christmas FM is returning to the airwaves from Saturday November 28.

The radio station has been granted a 30-day temporary licence by the BAI to run until St Stephen's Day.

Christmas FM can broadcast from 7am to 2am seven days a week and will be available across the country, broadcasting in Dublin, Galway, Limerick and Cork.

It will also be picked up in parts of Dublin, Limerick and Cork counties as well as Longford, Cavan, Meath, Kildare, Wicklow, Waterford, Kilkenny and Tipperary.

This year the station will partner Make-A-Wish Ireland and aims to raise funds for the charity via listener donations.
