Resident Evil Revelations: launch date announced 02.08.17

 

Capcom have just announced that Resident Evil: Revelations will be released on August 29 on the Playstation 4 and Xbox one. It was first released back in 2012 on the Nintendo 3DS, and now Resident Evil: Revelations has been updated for current gen consoles featuring a “smoother 1920x1080 resolution, an improved frame rate, increased environmental detail and refined creature movement, defining this as the best-looking version of the game to date”

 

Take on a new HD adventure as series veterans Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield return to the franchise to investigate the “Queen Zenobia”, an abandoned cruise ship in the middle of the ocean.

Too scared to play this one alone? Take on hordes of enemies with your friends in the returning Raid Mode, featuring “The Ghost Ship: Chaos,” a modern take on the popular stage with a range of destructive weapons and a number of various ways to upgrade your characters arsenal.

 

Resident Evil: Revelations and Resident Evil Revelations 2 will also be available on the Switch however, Nintendo fans will have to wait until later in the year to get their hands on a copy.
