Paulo Nutini confirms Dublin date as part of 'Caustic Love' tour

Scottish singer Paulo Nutini will bring his laid-back dulcet tones to Dublin’s Olympia Theatre next month.

The acclaimed songwriter will play three shows in Ireland and the UK to celebrate the release of his forthcoming album 'Caustic Love'. 

Tickets to his Dublin gig could make the perfect Valentine’s Day present as they go on sale this Friday.

The headline shows will take place in Dublin, Bournemouth and Glasgow, which will be Paolo’s first homeland show since June 2011.

The musician will come to Dublin on Thursday March 20.

Paolo Nutini's debut album, These Streets, was released in July 2006 and included the much-loved singles "Last Request", "Jenny Don't Be Hasty", "Rewind" and "New Shoes".

"Last Request" was the most successful, reaching number five on the UK Singles Chart.

The album remained in the album charts for a record-breaking 196 weeks.

In May 2009 Nutini released his second album, ‘‘Sunny Side Up’’, which debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart.

His new single ‘Scream (Funk My Life Up)’ is out March 30 on Atlantic Records.
