Spice Girls 'set for Hyde Park reunion gig'
Three of the Spice Girls are reuniting for a one-off concert in Hyde Park next year, according to reports.
Emma Bunton, Geri Horner and Melanie Brown have reportedly agreed to a show at the London landmark in July 2017 to mark the 21st anniversary of their debut single Wannabe.
Victoria Beckham has previously ruled herself out of a reunion, while Melanie Chisholm has said she is focusing on her solo album.
A source told The Sun: "Mel B, Emma and Geri agreed Hyde Park would be the ultimate way to launch a reunion next July for their 21st anniversary.
"It gives them a year to plan everything and make sure their comeback is spectacular. It would be the most talked about gig of the year."
According to the paper, Horner is the "driving force" behind the reunion and hosted the planning session at her London home.
Joyce Smyth, who recently took the Rolling Stones to Cuba for their historic gigs, is expected to be the band's manager.
The Spice Girls celebrate their 20th anniversary on Friday.
Wannabe was one of the band's biggest hits, spending seven weeks at the top of the UK charts and earning them a Brit award for best single.
