Gary Barlow was all smiles as he arrived for the latest X Factor audition.
The Take That star was in Manchester for the second day of auditions in the city as speculation rises he may be given an honour for his work on the spectacular Jubilee Concert.
His jubilee anthem, Sing, is also on course to top the charts as songs and artists from the Buckingham Palace show saw a huge sales boost.
The track, which touched many viewers of the concert with its young African performers, is likely to rise from from this week's number 11 position to the top of the charts.
Midweek sales information compiled by the Official Charts Company shows Gary and his Commonwealth Band are likely to make it a double with their album holding on to the number one position.
The Manchester X Factor panel were joined by former Spice Girl Mel B, who opted not to go for the leggy look favoured by many of the guest judges. Instead of a mini skirt or tiny dress she went for khaki satin trousers and heels as she arrived at Manchester's Event City.
However she did have some flesh on display with a tight matching vest top.
Regular panellist Tulisa Contostavlos wore a floral mini-dress and towering heels as she took to the red carpet and greeted fans who gathered outside.
