Sheeran, Mayer design new tattoos
Ed Sheeran and John Mayer have gotten new tattoos, from designs they created for each other.
The two musicians got some new body inkings after they appeared on American chat programme The Late Late Show, which John was hosting.
The pair drew their designs before the show started, before unveiling their new artwork live on TV.
While they both share a cheeky sense of humour, both stars were rather kind to each other. John wrote the words 'Kool guy' on his upper right arm, while Ed gave a small cat head on the upper chest.
The duo later performed Ed's hit Don't during the show, before teaming up again for the Grammy Awards, where they played Ed's single Thinking Out Loud with Questlove and Herbie Hancock.
John is the latest celebrity presenter to front The Late Late Show following Craig Ferguson's exit in December.
Director Judd Apatow and comedian Drew Carey are among the guest hosts to front the show before James Corden takes over on March 23.
