Shakira to perform at Glastonbury
Shakira has been added to this year's Glastonbury Festival line-up, it was announced.
The Colombian-born chart star will play the Pyramid Stage on Saturday June 26, joining already confirmed stars such as U2, Stevie Wonder, Muse and Snoop Dogg.
The event celebrates its 40th anniversary this year. Shakira said: "Glastonbury is famous for being one of the best festival crowds, so I'm sure I'll have a great time."
Organiser Emily Eavis said: "Shakira is not only an amazing pop star but also socially and politically forward thinking; she's working incredibly hard for good causes around the world.
"We feel honoured to have the 'She Wolf' herself come to Worthy Farm."
