Sean and Conor Price were praised as "talented", "professional" and "committed" following their incredible performance on The X Factor tonight.

The Irish hopefuls proved they have the x factor with a rousing rendition of Sia's smash-hit Cheap Thrills.

Latino Week was a big success for the pair as they won over judges Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh, Sharon Osbourne and Nicole Scherzinger.

Mayo music mogul Louis said of the brothers: "You're so young, you're so nice and you're so talented.

"Simon, I love these guys, you're going to go far."

Sharon was equally enamoured with the Wicklow duo, she said: "Have you got the whole of Ireland here tonight?

"I love you, I love your personalities, every time you perform I get a sense of who you really are.

"You are so natural in everything you do - I love your voice, I love your harmonies, it was just really good."

The only criticism the teens faced was from former Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole.

She explained: "Obviously it's a challenge, you would never expect Bono to be (Mexican singer) Luis Miguel but you guys took on the challenge.

"I think I would have loved it even more if it was more broken down and more how you would do it, I think it was a little bit overproduced."

Their mentor, head judge Cowell, jumped to their defence, explained they had decided on last minute changes for their performance, which left them with just days to prepare.

He added: "Here's why I liked this, the more that people get to know you, the more they will like you.

"I think people are warming to you, I think you're really professional and really committed.

"I like that there's no moaning or anything, you just get on with it, you have fun and it's infectious."

Sean and Conor are clearly loving their time in the contest.

Speaking before they performed, Conor said: "The house is good craic, everyone is getting along and there have been a few tricks this week for Halloween

"This whole process is deadly, we're really just enjoying every minute of it."
