Rihanna said she'd never join Taylor Swift on stage.
While big names like Cara Delevingne, Gigi Hadid, Lisa Kudrow, Justin Timberlake and even Julia Roberts all becoming members of Taylor's squad recently, Rihanna has insisted she wouldn't be following in their footsteps.
Speaking exclusively to NME magazine, Rihanna explained: "I don’t think I would. I just don’t think it makes sense.
The 'B*** Better Have My Money' singer appears smoking on the cover of the first free edition of the NME, and told the magazine she thinks of Taylor as a role model, while she herself is not one.
"I don’t think our brands are the same: I don’t think they match, I don’t think our audiences are the same. In my mind she’s a role model, I’m not."
Speaking last year to USA Today, she said she hated the term 'role model', and that people should always try to live their own lives.
"I don’t like to use that word because people have their own opinion on what that means to them. I can’t really say I’m a role model. I’m not perfect. I’m not trying to sell that.
"I want people to have fun but be responsible, protect themselves and be in control of your life. You can never judge people. I always made that a point. You never know what someone is going through."
