A 16 year old Irish schoolgirl sings the vocals on a new single about her favourite TV stars, the Kardashians.

Dubliner Katlynn was plucked from obscurity by songwriter and producer Carly Hamilton after a round of auditions in which Carly hoped to find what she describes as the "next Irish pop sensation".

Now her first single, Bible I Luv U, has been released on iTunes.

"Katlynn was amazing at the auditions but the song I had in mind was to old for her so I wrote 'Bible I Luv U' in 12 minutes after meeting her," reveals Carly.

"We are both Kardashian fans so I wanted to make reference to the Kardashians in the song."

'Bible' is in reference to the fact that the Kardashians, who shot to fame on E! reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians say 'bible' frequently, meaning they swear on the bible, and what they are saying is true.

Katlynn still lives at home with her parents in Dublin and she says, "I got rejected for the X factor 2014 and I was told I just didn't have the X Factor.

"That never stopped me if anything it made me more determined to show all the people that told me I couldn't that I can.

"Music is literally my life and always has been. I love it and any chance I get to pursue it I take hold and run for as long as I can."
