It has been a whopping 20 years since Celine Dion sang the Titanic theme My Heart Will Go On for the first time and it's every bit as emotional as it was back then.

Celine gave a stunning performance of the song at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night and billowing-shouldered white dress aside it was a pared back take on the hit.

It was particularly emotional given Celine lost her husband Renee Angelil and her brother Daniel this time last year.

The performance reduced co-host Vanessa Hudgens (and possibly the entire audience) to tears.
