The Saw Doctors have added a third date to their sold-out Dublin shows.

The folk-rock band  will be playing at The Olympia Theatre this November for two already sold-out dates and a just-announced third date.

This is the Irish band’s first live Dublin show in over three years.

The band was formed in Tuam in the late 1980’s and went on to tour with The Waterboys across the UK for six weeks.

Their single, I Useta Lover, stayed at number one in the Irish charts for nine weeks when it was released in 1991, and went on to become one of the country’s best-selling singles of all time.

Tickets for the third show on Thursday 24 November will go on sale from Ticketmaster this Friday 24 June at 9am.
