It has been two years since they last released music but the wait is over for fans of The Corrs as their new album lands on November 10.

Jupiter Calling, their seventh album, comes two years after White Light and twenty years after the Dundalk band's hugely successful second album, Talk On Corners.

Caroline describes making the album as "the most freeing experience we've ever had in the studio".

The album is  produced by T-Bone Burnett and he had them play live with minimal overdubs accompanied by bassist Robbie Malone and guitarist Anthony Drennan.

He also insisted the studio source 40 spools or rare two inch tape and a 1966 Ludwig drum kit.

“I love The Corrs' deep, generous spirit,” says T-Bone. “I love their writing and their singing and their playing. I love the people of Ireland – their music, their literature, their art- and The Corrs are the most soulful exemplars of that mystical land.”
