Taylor Swift says she 'can't wait' to perform for fans at Croker
Taylor Swift has told how she "can't wait" to perform to her Irish fans this weekend in Croke Park.
The singer (28) is set to take the capital by storm, with up to 136,000 people expected at the stadium over the weekend - 68,000 on both Friday and Saturday night.
Taking to social media, Taylor shared a snap of herself performing on stage and said: Dublin! I can't wait to play for you on Friday and Saturday."
Fans from all across Europe and the rest of the world are expected to attend the Dublin concerts.
The capital is one of only three cities, along with London and Manchester, Taylor is performing in for the European leg of her Reputation tour.
She has been receiving rave reviews for the show, which some critics have labelled her best yet.
Fans who are going will have to wrap up well however as a Met Eireann forecaster has revealed they can expect strong winds and showers, particularly for Saturday's concert.
"There's going to be showery rain tomorrow. Wind will mostly be from a southwesterly direction and it's going to be cloudy overall and there will be a moderate breeze," said forecaster Liz Gavin.
She added that temperatures on the day would be around 15-16 degrees.
"There's a risk of some thundery bursts on Saturday. Some showers could be quite heavy in the afternoon and the evening time."
Despite the expectation of showers, Saturday is expected to be slighter warmer at around 18 degrees.
Camilla Cabello and Charlie XCX are the opening acts for both shows, with gates at Croke Park opening at 5:45pm.
