Rita Ora's second album excitement: Fans will hear an 'older version of Rita'
Rita Ora is preparing to release her second album and go on tour.
The hit singer has said that fans will hear an “older version of Rita” in her new music as she prepares to release her second album.
The pop songstress hasn’t released an album since 2012, and has stayed silent on the music scene aside from collaborations and singles including I Will Never Let You Down, Body On Me and Poison.
Ora’s hiatus was a result of a court battle with her former record label Roc Nation, although she is now signed to Atlantic Records and ready to release new music.
“Oh my God, I am so excited! I really have such a good feeling and vibe around my new material, I’m just so, so happy to be in the studio making music again,” the 25-year-old told the Press Association.
"I can't wait to tour and let my new fans hear."
The How We Do singers is set to appear in the Fifty Shades of Grey sequel as Mia Grey, Christian’s younger sister, after a brief role in the first film.
She has also just been announced as the new host of America's Next Top Model, replacing Tyra Banks, with filming currently under way.
It looks like Rita has a busy year ahead of her, that's for sure.
