Mumford & Sons announce tour dates in Ireland this winter

After slaying Reading Festival last night, popular folk band Mumford & Sons have announced they will tour Ireland and Britain in the coming months.

The group will play 11 dates before the end of this year, including a show at the 3Arena in Dublin.

The four piece group played an impressive thirteen festivals already this summer, including a stellar performances at Bonnaroo in Manchester.

Mumford & Sons, comprising of Marcus Mumford, Ben Lovett, Winston Marshall and Ted Dwane, also played two sold-out dates at iconic LA music venue Forum, where they were joined by Blink 182’s Mark Hoppus, The Vaccines, and Jack Garratt.

One of the highlights of 2015 for Mumford & Sons was their secret midnight gig at The Troubadour, the scene of their first ever show there back in February 2010.

The folk rock band promised crowds at Reading that they will return to the UK and Ireland for their first tour since 2012.
