Michael Buble gets his Christmas wish as cancer-striken son Noah leaves hospital for the festivities
An overjoyed Michael Buble has seen his Christmas wish come true as son Noah returns home for the festivities after undergoing chemotherapy for liver cancer.
The singer and his wife Luisana Lopilato were delighted after their three-year-old son was discharged from hospital after a successful first round of chemotherapy.
Doctors confirmed that the toddler was well enough to enjoy the Christmas holidays with his parents and 11-month-old brother Elias, reports in Argentina claim.
The family usually spend Christmas in Michael's hometown of Vancouver but will stay in Los Angeles to be close to Noah's hospital. Members of their extended family will fly into California to join them for the festivities.
Argentinian publication Bekia said: “The youngster has successfully finished the first stage of his treatment.
“This is without doubt the best present for his parents and the relatives who have been helping them out since they learnt about his cancer diagnosis.
“To celebrate this good piece of news, the artists’ families will travel to the United States to spend Christmas with Noah and make it one of the most special Christmases they have had together."
