Macklemore announces second Dublin date after first sells out in five minutes

We love a bit of Macklemore here in Ireland, so much so that his upcoming Dublin show sold out in five minutes.

Those who missed out on tickets to the show on April 4, however, are in with a chance of bagging some for April 3, which has just been announced.

Tickets for the second show at the 3Arena will go on sale this Friday at 9am and cost from €44.05.

He recently releases his new solo album, Gemini via LLC/ADA an hit the top 10 in the Irish Album Charts.

It's his first solo project sicne 2005's The Language of My World and follows his two releases with Ryan Lewis, The Heist and This Unruly Mess I've Made.

The video for the single Glorious, featuring his 100 year old grandmother Skylar Grey, went viral and has racked up over 59 million views, while the video for Marmalade (featuring Lil Yachty) starring a Mini Macklemore, a Lil Lil Yachty and running back legend Marshawn Lynch has over 23 million views in just two weeks.

In addition to Skylar Grey and Lil Yachty, GEMINI features artists including Kesha, Migos rapper Offset, Downtown featured vocalist Eric Nally, and London’s rising neo-soul singer-songwriter Dan Caplen.
