The actress and singer was seen scrolling through her phone as Mariah hit some high notes on stage.
Footage shows J Lo casually scrolling through her phone, barely even glancing at the stage throughout the performance.
Nearby Taylor Swift and the rest of the audience burst into applause for Mariah - with J Lo joining in as the lights come back on.
