Jedward have launched a scathing attack on former manager Louis Walsh after he described the act as "the most embarrassing thing to happen to him".
The pop twins (25), who rose to fame on The X Factor in 2009, were snapped up by Walsh who represented them for four years before their mother Susanna Condron took over as their manager in 2013.
The Mayo music mogul (64) said the most embarrassing moment of his career was "working with Jedward and putting them through on The X Factor" and the boys have come out swinging in their defence.
"I think we are the most financially beneficial act of his career in the last 10 years," Edward claims.
John echoed his statement, saying: "I don't think he took us under his wing. I think we were already flying and he was like, 'Oh I think I want a part of that.
"I think he got old. It's like someone saying behind your back and you are like, 'wait, I didn't know there was a problem.'"
The pair made the comments on the newest episode of Living With Lucy, where presenter Lucy Kennedy took up residence in their Dublin city centre apartment for a weekend.
It's reported the musical duo, who represented Ireland at the Eurovision twice, have been forced to take a pay cut after their firm Planet Jedward recorded combined losses of €234,000 in two years.
John said the pair have no debt and are
"Anything we buy, we buy it all out. We don't pay a mortgage. I don't have any debts," John explained on the show, which airs on Tuesday at 9:30pm.
