X Factor hopefuls Sean and Conor Price are thrilled with fans who are pushing for Niall Horan to take the boys on tour.

Niall is currently jetting across Europe on his Flicker tour, on the back of his new album, and will play two dates in Dublin March next year.

Fans of both Niall and the brothers from Blessington have been tweeting the former One Direction star about the possibility of bringing the duo on the road.

"That would be a dream," Sean told Independent.ie.  "We would be on board a million per cent!  We've had no reaction from Niall as of yet but we're open to offers!"

He laughs, "Our fans on Twitter are brilliant - one of them actually edited our names into his tour poster and I nearly convinced myself we were going on tour with him.

"It's great to see that support from everyone back home and Niall has been through this on X Factor so he knows what it's like."

The busking brothers have also amassed quite an ardent female following on social media and Sean has been taking selfies with fans at his football club, Cabinteely FC.

"We're just going about our business," he says of the female attention.  "We're taking everything with a pinch of salt."

Sean and Conor are on a high having made it through the notorious Six Chair Challenge which aired last weekend.

It sees them head to the Judges' Houses stage of the competition where they'll sing for Simon and guest judge Cheryl in an effort to make it to the live shows.

Despite their tour dreams, both Conor and Sean are focused on school, as they are both in exam years.

"If music keeps going as it's going and keeps escalating it's hard to turn down, because I've always wanted to do music," says Sean.  "But I really want to sit the exam at the end of the year.  The Leaving Cert is important and we'd like to have our exams and have the option to do both."

The X Factor is on ITV/TV3 Saturday 8.20pm to 10.20pm and ITV/TV3 Sunday night 7pm to 9pm.
