Singer Tommy Page has died aged 46.

The singer-songwriter was found dead in New York on Friday, reports Billboard.

Mr Page is best known for his 1990 single I'll Be Your Everything, which spent 13 weeks in the Top 40, while he later went on to work as a music industry executive at Warner Bros.

A statement released from his family to Billboard reads: "It is with great sadness that we mourn the loss of our beloved Tommy Page who passed away this weekend. Tommy was a devoted father, husband, brother and son.

"He was loved by all of those he touched and will be sorely missed. Please respect our privacy at this time of deep sorrow."
