Irish singer Hozier is receiving rave reviews for his Coachella performance last night.
The Wicklow native took to the stage on Saturday night at Indio, California, for a 50-minute set, with a few surprises.
During his Coachella debut, he was joined by surprise guest Este Haim for a version of 1984 classic, Jungle Love, which set the festival alight.
His evening set featured songs from his eponymous debut album, including Someone New and the song that propelled him to rising superstardom, Take Me To Church.
Former MTV presenter Laura Whitmore was also on hand to support, but it was the A-list attention from Breaking Bad's Aaron Paul that got Twitter talking.
A fresh face all set to make a tsunami of an impact on Ireland’s music scene over the coming months is Loah, a unique, soulful voice who fuses a background in jazz with cultural influences from her own unlikely mixed influences: an upbringing shared between Sierra Leone and Maynooth.
