Azealia Banks has launched a shocking racist and homophobic tirade against Zayn Malik on Twitter, prompting calls for Twitter to suspend her account.

The 24-year-old singer alleges that Malik (also 24) has copied her music video with his latest offering, Like I Would, which landed on Tuesday.

Azealia initially took to Instagram to highlight some similarities between Zayn's video and her video for Chasing Time.

However, she didn't appear to be too annoyed as she described him as a "cutie pie".

Damn Zayn be mood boarding the fuck of out me .. I'm not mad about this though. Zayn is a cutie pie

"Damn Zayn be mood boarding the f*ck of out me   .. I’m not mad about this though. Zayn is a cutie pie," she wrote, adding something explicit about her ass.

However, Zayn then appeared to dismiss her claims in a couple of Twitter posts, although he did not name her directly.

"No lies... I see you reaching But I don't care," he wrote, followed by, "My @'s too good for you."

Azealia responded with a barrage of shocking racist and homophobic tweets and accused Zayn of giving her number to One Direction fans.  She also took to Periscope to continue her rant.

One Direction and Zayn fans have subsequently attacked her for her stance.

She wrote, "@zaynmalik dude, I make better music than you. Simmer down with that fake white boy rebellion and that wannabe Bieber swag. Lol u a b**tch n***a for even responding like that (sic)."

Things then escalated, "Keeping sucking this young rapunzel d**k u hairy curry scented b***h," she wrote. "Imma start calling you punjab you dirty b***h. You a d**k rider for real. Ride this d**k until the wheels fall off Punjab (sic)."

Azealia's Twitter rant continued when she told Zayn he was the "token brown boy" in British chart-topping band One Direction.

Zayn then tweeted, "@AZEALIABANKS why you been saying nasty things about me ? I wasn't talking about you lol ?"

However, Azealia then referred to Donald Trump's presidential campaign and stance on Muslims.

"U.S.A IS ABOUT TO TEACH YOU WHO NOT TO F**K WITH!! When your entire extended family has been obliterated by good ol the U.S of A will you still be trying to.... Act like a white boy pretending to be black?

"Do you understand that you are a sand n***** who emulates white boys' renditions of black male hood? Do you know how lost and culture less you are?"

Not only did Banks attack Zayn, but she also targetted 14-year-old Disney actress Skai Jackson and her mother after Skai defended Zayn on Twitter.

Many have taken to Twitter to voice their disgust over her comments, and ask Twitter to suspend her account.
