Carl Cox to play three hour set at Ballinlough Castle next summer

The king of electronic music, Carl Cox, will play Ballinlough Castle next summer.

August 25 will mark his only show in the Republic of Ireland for 2018 and he'll treat fans to a three hours set in the gorgeous grounds of Ballinlough in Co Westmeath.

Cox has been a regular in Ireland for the past 25 years from Sir Henry’s in Cork with Greg & Shane, the Ormond Multimedia centre with Mark Kavanagh and Redbox with Robbie Butler.  He has also played Homelands, Spring Party, Global Gathering and Garden Party.

Last year he celebrated 15 consecutive years at Space in Ibiza while his Global radio show reaches over 17 million weekly listeners across 60 stations across 35 countries.

He was the subject of Channel 4 doc Carl Cox: Space is the Place and he played Glastonbury last year and set up his own festival PURE in Australia.

The gig will be a 'celebration of his record label, INTEC DIGITAL' and he'll also curate the bill of special guests, who are yet to be announced.
